Day 1 Arrival at Cochin – Transfer to Munnar
Upon arrival at Cochin Airport, you will be greeted by our representative. Drive through scenic landscapes to Munnar (approx. 4 hrs), the hill station known for its tea gardens and cool climate. Check into your hotel and relax at leisure. Overnight stay in Munnar.
Day 2 Munnar Sightseeing
After breakfast, head out to explore Munnar’s charm. Visit Mattupetty Dam, Kundala Lake, Echo Point, and later proceed to Rajamalai (Eravikulam National Park) where you may spot the endangered Nilgiri Tahr. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay in Munnar.
Day 3 Munnar – Thekkady
After an early breakfast, check out and drive to Thekkady (approx. 3 hrs). On arrival, check into your hotel. In the afternoon, enjoy a sightseeing tour of Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, one of India’s most fascinating reserves. Optional activities include boat ride on Periyar Lake, spice plantation visit, bamboo rafting, trekking, or an elephant ride (extra cost). Overnight stay in Thekkady.
Day 4 Thekkady – Kumarakom
After breakfast, proceed to Kumarakom (approx. 4 hrs). This peaceful backwater village on the banks of Vembanad Lake offers stunning views and tranquility. Spend the day exploring the surroundings or opt for a canoe, motorboat, or houseboat ride through the serene backwaters. Overnight stay in Kumarakom.
Day 5 Kumarakom – Cochin Departure
Start the day early with a visit to the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary. After breakfast, check out and drive back to Cochin (approx. 2.5 hrs) for your onward journey, filled with wonderful memories of your Kerala holiday.
